Frequently asked questions
Some questions get asked a lot, and getting in touch can be time-consuming. For this reason we have compiled list of frequently asked questions, so check to see if your question is here before getting in touch to save yourself some time.
Yes absolutely, but please use rubbish bags provided and alcohol consumption is not allowed on board the coach without prior permission.
By law, children do not need to be in a car seat. Most coaches only have lap belts and therefore a car seat would not be able to be fitted. Children of all ages must have an allocated seat, but they can sit on your lap at the parent’s discretion.
You must be at your pickup point at least 5 minutes before the pickup time as to not disrupt the day’s itinerary and delay other passengers. If you are not at your pickup at the departure time we shall endeavour to call you on the number provided at the time of booking but due to the nature of coach travel, we will may be unable to wait. This also stands for the leave time from our destination, anyone who is not onboard before the agreed departure time will miss the coach departure.
Yes absolutely, regardless of the journey length there will always be an onboard toilet. We endeavour to get you to the destination as quickly as possible to allow you to maximise your time there so unless the journey permits we do not have a service stop en route
We plan our journeys to get you to the destination as quickly as possible, therefore we do not comfort stop unless the journey is a very long one, or if the route requires one. The coach will have a toilet onboard to mitigate the need for a stop in most circumstances.
Yes, there will be sufficient space for mobility items, if you have any exceptional storage requirements we ask that you get in touch to discuss these prior to the day.
Anybody under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a travelling adult.
Yes absolutely. When making a booking we ask if you have any specific seating requests, if you do we will endeavour to reserve you the seats you have requested. Reservations are done on a first-come-first-serve basis, so if the seats you request are already requested we’ll seat you as close as possible.
Currently, (as of November 2021) it is a legal requirement for passengers to wear face coverings on board the coaches. Our staff will also be wearing face coverings when on board.
This is subject to change in accordance with Government legislation at the time of your trip.
Whilst we no longer require you to hand sanitise as you board, we do still have hand sanitiser available when boarding or at any point during your journey.
No, whilst we have a ticket system, it is not a requirement for tickets to be printed. They can be shown from your phones, but if you are not able, we will have you names and details on our list so if you do not have your tickets with you it won’t be an issue.
